Provide strategic support to the import department, ensuring orderly and timely management of documentation and processes, optimizing time and costs so that every shipment is a success. What challenges will you take on? Manage and control documentation for each shipment (packing list, insurance, declarations, among others). Consistently coordinate with customs agents, banks, couriers, and internal departments. Register orders and documents in the SAP system. Prepare reports and keep information updated on the intranet. Coordinate the transfer of goods from the port to warehouses. Provide support for payments to national and international suppliers. Maintain an organized and up-to-date documentary archive for shipments. Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in similar positions. Intermediate English proficiency.
