The ideal candidate has supported technology clients, led technical interviews with confidence, and is comfortable juggling numerous requisitions simultaneously. ### **Primary Functions** * **Own the full hiring lifecycle** – source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close. * **Run multiple searches in parallel**, maintaining a steady slate of qualified prospects. * **Evaluate technical aptitude**, conducting structured interviews that test skills against client demands. * **Partner with hiring managers and external stakeholders** to clarify needs and calibrate candidate profiles. * **Sustain candidate engagement** through clear, timely updates at every stage. * **Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms** to track activity and preserve data accuracy. * **Recommend process enhancements** that shorten time\-to\-hire and improve talent quality. ### **Core Requirements** * **2–3 years** full\-cycle recruiting, including high\-volume workloads at a large staffing firm. * Demonstrated success **interviewing and placing technical talent**. * Proven ability to **support technology clients** and understand role nuances. * Strong written and verbal communication; adept at managing expectations with candidates and hiring teams. * Skilled in **ATS software and modern sourcing tools**. * Availability to cover several days per week aligned to **Pacific Time**; flexibility across EST–PST hours. ### **Preferred Strengths** * Self\-starter who manages competing priorities with minimal oversight. * Detail\-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement. * Collaborative mindset that fits a distributed, multidisciplinary team.
