Key Responsibilities: - Perform high-quality, precise welding using SMAW and TIG processes. - Interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments to ensure accuracy during assembly. - Carry out assembly, joining, and installation of metal structures (beams, columns, trusses, etc.) in accordance with technical specifications. - Prepare, install, and dismantle metal frameworks as required by the project. - Verify dimensions, levels, and alignment of components to meet quality standards. - Safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and oxy-cutting equipment. - Work at heights while adhering to safety protocols. - Support equipment assembly and other related tasks as needed. Requirements: - Completed secondary education (mandatory). - Technical training in metal structures, production mechanics, or related fields. - Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in metal structure assembly and installation (mandatory). - Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols. - Advanced knowledge of measuring, marking-out, and assembly tools. - Experience working at heights (certification in working at heights preferred but not mandatory). - Immediate availability to work in North Lima. - Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and commitment to occupational safety.
