




Position Summary: This role focuses on credit management, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining portfolio quality, and providing excellent customer service within a faith-inspired organization dedicated to helping vulnerable children. Key Responsibilities: Meet monthly new credit disbursement targets according to assigned tier (Junior, Senior, or Master). Strictly manage monthly renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided. Recover loans to ensure portfolio quality, maintaining PAR >30 days below 3\.0% per month-end portfolio report. Follow credit-stage-specific protocols at each stage of the credit cycle. Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). Ensure client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. Immediately follow up on delinquency from day one of arrears, ensuring payment through the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the organization. Adhere to institutional fraud prevention policies and procedures for all clients. Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact. Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and response activities in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
