Job Summary: We are seeking a professional responsible for loan disbursement, monitoring, and recovery, ensuring high-quality service delivery and policy compliance within a humanitarian organization. Key Responsibilities:* Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to assigned level (Junior, Senior, Master). * Strictly monitor monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided. * Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality with less than 3\.0 % PAR \>30 days, per the end-of-month portfolio report. * Follow credit-stage-specific protocols at each phase of the loan cycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, or monthly). * Ensure client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from Day 1 of arrears, ensuring payment through the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the company. * Adhere to institutional fraud prevention policies and procedures applicable to each client. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact objectives. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
