




At Perfotunel, a company dedicated to providing civil engineering services, particularly specialized in Horizontal Underground Drilling, Large Diameter and Deep Elliptical and Circular Wells, we are seeking an Administrative HR Assistant (timekeeping): Minimum Requirements: * Student in final cycles or graduate of Administration or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Minimum of 3 months of experience in personnel administration, payroll, and timekeeping management for civil construction staff. * Availability to travel within the Lima region. Responsibilities: * Maintain physical and virtual employee file records for the entire company. * Support the entire employee onboarding process: contact applicants, schedule medical exams, request SCTR and Vida Ley. * Perform T-Registro registration for new employees. * Issue photo IDs for staff and maintain control of distribution. * Manage physical and electronic timekeeping records for civil construction personnel across the company's various projects. * Prepare worker timekeeping information, generating reports at payroll closing: timekeeping reports and all types of incident records. * Enter and/or register weekly/monthly timekeeping data into the payroll system. * Maintain constant communication with office and field personnel. * Provide accurate and up-to-date timekeeping-related information to different departments as requested. * Attend to staff inquiries and resolve their questions and concerns. * Review monthly employee updates. * Other duties inherent to the position.
