An import company is currently seeking a JUNIOR SOCIAL WORKER to work in the Cercado de Lima district: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Experience or interest in workplace well-being and organizational climate areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and monitor medical leaves and subsidies. * Process exchanges and subsidies, notifying the finance department. * Process affiliations for spouses, cohabitants, pregnant mothers, and children with social insurance. * Process de-affiliations of dependents, spouses, and cohabitants with social insurance. * Handle lactation leave procedures. * Register employee children in the T Registry. * Record leaves of absence. * Submit monthly renewal for mandatory life insurance. * Coordinate and follow up on corporate agreements. * Monitor pregnant mothers and those in lactation period. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits.
