This Position reports to: Quality Specialist Your Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become competent in your work. Each day, you will acquire the required knowledge and competencies through vocational training, dividing your time between school/institute and ABB. You will also demonstrate your experience by collaborating with internal resources to deliver effective solutions and implement process improvements. The work model for this role is: hybrid This role contributes to the Automation Business Unit in Lima, Peru You will be primarily responsible for: * Maintaining the current Quality Management System up to date. * Supporting indicator tracking and quality area audits. * Supporting the development of continuous improvement projects. * Assisting in understanding internal customer needs and utilizing ABB tools to determine effective solutions, achieving successful outcomes for each project aligned with departmental objectives. * Seeking feedback and guidance from your leader and team members to improve your performance and skills. Requirements for the Role: * You are a student pursuing Industrial Engineering or related fields. * You communicate fluently in English at intermediate or advanced level. * You are interested in process mapping, indicators (KPIs), and quality tools, ISO 9001. * You possess the ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level in Excel). * You are passionate about learning, collaboration, communication at all levels, adapting to change, taking initiative, analytical thinking, and digital curiosity. * You have knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI and interest in process automation and technological tools (desirable) At ABB, we are committed to addressing global challenges.
