**Responsibilities** * Support the **Control Center Supervisor** in carrying out service personnel tasks at the CCS. * Provide support in the **alarm system monitoring** function, in coordination with the Operator assigned to that position. * Assume the functions of **ATM Operator, Macro-Regions Operator, and CCTV Headquarters Operator**, given their background in electronics. **Requirements** * Completed higher education studies in Systems Engineering. * Minimum **02 years** of experience as a Monitoring Center Operator in financial or banking institutions (**MANDATORY**). * Training in customer service, system operations, first aid, and basic Microsoft Office. * No police, criminal, or judicial records.
