Continuous learning in coffee sensory analysis and logistics *Do you want to grow professionally in the coffee industry and be part of a team that ensures excellence from procurement through to export?* At Caravela Coffee, we seek a committed, organized, and eager-to-learn candidate to serve as: **Role:** Laboratory Assistant **Location:** Quillabamba **Contract Type:** Seasonal, 5 months **Required Experience:** Preferred in related roles **Responsibilities** * Expedite the analysis process for received batches and samples, contributing to greater efficiency in result delivery and providing excellent service to producers. * Ensure timely and proper availability of resources required for coffee sensory analysis. * Support warehouse administration, ensuring efficient storage management and precise inventory control to optimize operations and minimize losses. * Guarantee appropriate, efficient, and responsible use of corporate tools and platforms, maintaining data integrity and improving productivity in processes. * Ensure timely shipment of samples to the laboratory—both physically and via system—ensuring product traceability and facilitating quality analysis. * Support coordination and execution of green coffee shipments to the huller, contributing to efficient logistics and adherence to established deadlines. * Maintain and track equipment and tool maintenance logs, ensuring optimal performance, extending service life, and preventing operational failures. **What Are We Looking For?** * A person interested in developing a career in the coffee industry. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Responsibility and commitment to processes. * Interest in quality, operations, and continuous learning.
