For this reason, we offer our school training program "Building Pathways", which provides not only therapeutic support across various areas of neurodevelopment but also essential educational support by teaching core academic subjects to our children. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education. * Passion for inclusive teaching. * Competence and knowledge in classroom management and routine implementation. Qualities * **Patience, Empathy, and Resilience** * **Creativity** (Ability to adapt materials and activities to diverse needs). * **Cognitive Flexibility:** Capacity to adjust teaching methods in real time. Preferred Qualifications * Specialization in neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, SLI, etc.). * Experience with special educational needs and inclusion programs.
