We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team at PALTARUMI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payrolls accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. Likewise, ensure the proper accounting recording of transactions related to salaries, provisions, labor taxes, and settlements. Main duties and responsibilities: * Process monthly employee payrolls. * Manage monthly incidents. * Prepare payroll reports for management. * Resolve payroll-related inquiries. * Collaborate with the finance department for audits. * Accounting registration of payroll and its entries in the ERP or accounting system. * Preparation of severance packages and delivery of documents to departing employees. * Generation of labor cost reports and analysis of variances. * Monitor renewal and amendments of employment contracts. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related field (mandatory). * Previous experience in payroll management (mandatory). * Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. * Specialization in Labor Legislation and Payroll Management (mandatory). * Proficiency in payroll software. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure.
