What challenge do we propose to you? * Provide on-site support for incidents or requests. * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on computers and peripheral devices. * Record solutions and actions in the Service Desk system. * Document and train others on recurring solutions in the knowledge base. * Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues and network points. * Coordinate with the Service Desk for second-level incident resolution. What do we expect from you? * Technical or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-site technical support (OnSite). * Knowledge in: Information Systems, Networks, Servers, and Cybersecurity. In installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks. In asset management and structured cabling. * Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification.
