Job Summary: Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating information, standardizing procedures, optimizing workflows, and implementing continuous improvement programs. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of opportunities for process improvement and optimization 2. Interdepartmental coordination for timely actions 3. Management and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \_ Identify opportunities to reduce waste, bottlenecks, and unproductive time. \_ Coordinate with different departments to obtain information for timely actions. \_ Gather information on processes carried out within the department to standardize procedures. \_ Review workflows for process optimization. \_ Support the implementation of improvement programs in assigned areas to sustain continuous improvement. \_ Manage and monitor the maintenance department’s established controls, verifying their proper implementation and effectiveness. \_ Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. REQUIREMENTS: \_ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related fields. \_ Minimum 2 years of experience in productive operations processes within the Agro-industrial Sector Work Location: On-site employment
