Growth opportunities and career path **Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate and supervise the proper execution of finishes in real estate projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, schedule and budget, contributing to delivery of the final product as offered to the client. **Requirements:** * Required degree(s) or training: Architecture. * Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience. * Specific experience in: * Supervision of finishes in real estate projects. * Quality control of finishes. * Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. * Key tools or software: AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced), MS Office, Quality Dossier, site control tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of architectural finishes (flooring, cladding, carpentry, painting, sanitary ware, faucets, among others). * Verify correct application of drawings, construction details, technical data sheets and finish specifications. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site managers regarding scheduling and sequencing of finishing works. * Conduct quality inspections, document observations and ensure their timely resolution. * Support review of measurements, valuations and approvals for finishing works. **Technical and Soft Skills** * Technical: Knowledge of finish materials and systems. On-site quality control. Reading and interpretation of architectural drawings and details. Schedule and measurement tracking. * Soft: Attention to detail. Organization and planning. Teamwork.
