**Job Objective:** Coordinate, implement, and monitor the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and applicable legislation, promoting continual improvement. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Graduate, undergraduate, or degree holder in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Safety, or related fields). * **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 months in Integrated Management Systems (not mandatory). * **Regulatory Knowledge:** ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 37001:2016\. * **Legal Knowledge:** Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health and its Regulation. * **Competencies:** Teamwork, effective communication, organization, proactivity, responsibility, and focus on continual improvement. * **Residence:** Callao or nearby areas (mandatory). **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor the IMS. * Develop and update system documentation. * Control records and ensure traceability. * Support internal and external audits. * Verify legal and regulatory compliance. * Promote a culture of quality, safety, environment, and ethics.
