At **PALTARUMI**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are seeking a professional to fill the position of **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) or quality management within industrial or service environments. * Experience supervising industrial services (e.g., cleaning, painting, maintenance, or similar). * Knowledge and application of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, including internal audits. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and Power BI. * Document management skills, KPIs, continuous improvement (PDCA), and intermediate Excel proficiency. * Analytical skills, organizational ability, effective communication, and a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement. * **Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule in Paramonga \- Barranca** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards\. * Administer IMS documentation (procedures, records, forms), ensuring control and timely updates. * Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits, tracking findings and corrective actions. * Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management to support continuous improvement. * Provide support to departments regarding legal compliance, risk management, training, and process standardization. **Benefits:** * 100% covered meals. * 100% covered accommodation. * Transportation to Barranca city. * Birthday leave day. * Statutory benefits. ***AVAILABILITY TO WORK UNDER A 14x7 SCHEDULE\.*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have immediate availability? * What is your salary expectation?
