We are looking for a Carpenter Assistant to provide support in the manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and repair of models used in the casting process. This position is aimed at individuals with a willingness for manual work, interest in learning the craft of patternmaking, and commitment to order, quality, and workplace safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and painting of wooden patterns used in casting processes. * Prepare wooden parts according to instructions from the lead patternmaker. * Safely operate manual and electric carpentry tools. * Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the patternmaking area and pattern storage. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations and mandatory use of PPE. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in patternmaking or carpentry preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a patternmaking assistant (preferred). * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tool usage. * Ability to perform manual and precision work.
