We are seeking a Flotation Operator to monitor and adjust metallurgical processes, ensuring mineral quality and recovery.

At\_ **COPPERFIELD PERÚ S.A.C***., a leading mining plant in the industry, we are currently seeking an experienced* **FLOTATION OPERATOR**\_ to join our operations team.
Requirements:
* Technical training in Metallurgical Processes or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in polymetallic flotation (MANDATORY).
* Ability to work under pressure and in atypical shifts.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain mineral grade and recovery within specified parameters.
* Perform "silvering" (manual washing) of minerals for visual grade assessment.
* Regulate air, agitation, and pulp level valves in flotation cells and columns.
* Dose and control reagents (activators, frothers, collectors) via graduated cylinder.
* Maintain reagent tanks at full capacity and verify doser calibration.
* Prevent spills, clear pipeline blockages, and report consumption.
* Coordinate reagent adjustments in response to metallurgical issues.
