Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a polymetallic mineral processing plant, responsible for inventory management, material receipt, storage, and dispatch, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. 2. Ensure traceability and maintain up-to-date inventory in the system. 3. Operate forklifts and comply with SSOMA safety standards. At ***COPPERFIELD***, a polymetallic mineral processing plant, we are currently seeking a ***WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT.*** **Requirements** * Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; completed secondary education with proven experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining-sector warehouses. * Experience handling spare parts, construction materials, IQBF, explosives, and supplies. * Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics software. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Commitment to safety, order, teamwork, and responsibility. **Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, spare parts, and supplies. * Record incoming and outgoing items in the warehouse system, ensuring traceability and up-to-date inventory. * Verify documentation, delivery notes, and authorizations for proper material dispatch. * Operate forklifts in compliance with established procedures and safety regulations. * Conduct physical inventory vs. system reconciliations and report discrepancies or incidents. * Comply with and enforce SSOMA standards across all warehouse activities. **Benefits** * Full company-provided meals and accommodation. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation leave). * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Profit-sharing based on production performance. * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law). * Birthday Leave Day. * Only commuting assistance provided: from Barranca to the plant.
