Plant Manager

We are looking for a Plant Manager for our metalworking company! Do you have experience leading teams and optimizing industrial processes? We are looking for you! Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily plant activities to ensure production efficiency. * Oversee the execution of metalworking tasks (fabrication of structures, assembly, painting, welding, pressing, bending, plasma cutting, shearing, turning, and machining center operations, etc.). * Manage human and material resources for work orders (WOs), ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Coordinate scheduling of productive activities on conventional and CNC machines. * Approve and validate design and development drawings to ensure resource efficiency. * Monitor adherence to production deadlines and timely product delivery. * Provide advisory services to customers to ensure effective service delivery. * Design production processes to minimize rework, defective products, and production losses. * Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for machinery. * Prepare production reports and performance analyses. * Lead, train, and motivate personnel under supervision, promoting a safe and productive work environment. * Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, and Logistics departments to optimize production. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the metalworking sector. * Solid knowledge of production processes, metrology, and personnel management. * Proficiency in reading technical drawings and familiarity with metalworking-specific processes. * Knowledge of welding processes and operation of CNC machines (machining centers, lathes, milling machines). * Knowledge of tooling and activities such as cutting, bending, stamping, punching, forming, welding, and surface finishing. * Proficiency in industrial management tools and software (ERP, MS Office). * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Familiarity with quality and industrial safety standards (ISO 9001, 14001). * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk, Inventor, TEKLA, or similar.
