We seek a **Well-being and Workplace Climate Analyst** who is committed, empathetic, and possesses strong analytical capabilities. Your primary objective will be to provide comprehensive support to our employees by overseeing the operational management of well-being, insurance, and personnel administration processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in monitoring and improving the workplace climate through indicator analysis and implementation of internal initiatives.
**What will be your main responsibilities?**
**Operational Management and Well-being (70%)**
* Respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests.
* Manage medical leaves, subsidy applications, and case follow-ups.
* Administer affiliations, renewals, and control of SCTR and Life Insurance under Law.
* Coordinate employee enrollments and cancellations in applicable insurance plans.
* Follow up on incidents related to occupational well-being and support personnel onboarding/documentation processes.
* Coordinate health and well-being campaigns, as well as internal communication strategies.
* Maintain updated personnel databases and departmental reports.
* Support the organization of internal activities, celebrations, and team integration programs.
**Workplace Climate and Analysis (30%)**
* Support the deployment of workplace climate and satisfaction surveys.
* Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for well-being, absenteeism, and workplace climate.
* Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience (*Employee Experience*).
* Follow up on action plans derived from surveys or reported incidents.
* Propose innovative initiatives for team integration and motivation.
* Prepare executive reports and KPIs for the HR Department Head.
**What are we looking for in you? (Requirements)**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Administration, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles focused on well-being or workplace climate.
* **Knowledge:** Familiarity with subsidy procedures (EsSalud), basic labor legislation, insurance (SCTR/Life Insurance under Law), and HR metrics management.
* **Skills:** Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, organizational ability, and data analysis capability.
* Availability to work in Punta Hermosa (within BSF warehouses)
