Join our team! We are looking for a Pastry Assistant willing to innovate and learn to handle new and uncommon ingredients, with curiosity, creativity, and passion for breads and desserts. REQUIREMENTS: \- Pastry studies desirable. \- Previous experience desirable but not mandatory. \- Basic knowledge in dessert and cake preparation. Techniques of doughs, fillings, baking, etc. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 8am\-5pm (1 hour lunch break). \- Must be available to work in Surco (Av.
