Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record, control, and analyze accounting transactions, ensuring financial data integrity and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We manufacture, import, and distribute high-quality products for sectors including mining, construction, agro-industry, fisheries, and general industry. Currently, we are seeking ***01 ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT*** ***Job Mission:*** Provide support in recording, controlling, and analyzing accounting transactions, ensuring proper handling of financial information and compliance with tax obligations. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Record purchases, sales, services, expenses, and other transactions in the accounting system. * Assist in account reconciliations: banks, petty cash, suppliers, and customers. * Control and archive payment vouchers and accounting documents. * Review invoices to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations. * Prepare electronic accounting books and internal reports. * Assist with monthly tax filings: IGV, withholding taxes, perception taxes, PDT. * Verify registration of credit notes, returns, and discounts. * Manage withholding taxes and supplier payments. * Prepare financial statement annexes. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to validate inventories. * Maintain accounting files for audits. * Comply with departmental policies and procedures. ***Requirements:*** **Education:** Administration and Finance / Accounting.
