We are seeking a creative and passionate **3D Designer** to help us design stages, brand activation proposals, 3D visual elements, characters, and everything related to the world of events and nightlife entertainment. If you are innovative, detail-oriented, and enjoy taking ideas to the next level, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** * 3D design and modeling of **stages, brand activations, booths, bars, and spaces for festivals and concerts**. * Creation of **3D elements and characters** for activations and immersive experiences. * Development of realistic renders and graphic proposals for client and brand presentations. * Collaboration with production and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into visual proposals. * Preparation of materials ready for commercial presentations and actual production (blueprints, technical specifications, etc.). * Continuous innovation in 3D design by applying visual and technological trends. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in 3D Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Animation, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D design and modeling applied to events, activations, or temporary architecture. * Proficiency in 3D software: **3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender** (at least one at an advanced level). * Knowledge of rendering engines: **V\-Ray, Corona, Octane, or similar**. * Proficiency in complementary graphic tools: **Photoshop, Illustrator**. * Desired experience in stage design, booths, festivals, or brand activations. * Creativity, agility, visual judgment, and attention to detail. * Intermediate English (not mandatory). **Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Modality: On-site at **TIME Building, Surco (near Jockey Plaza)**. * Growth opportunities within a leading company in the Peruvian entertainment sector.
