




We are looking for Appointment Management Executives who wish to join our team at a renowned clinic specialized in health and aesthetics. The candidate will be responsible for providing in-person and telephone customer service, managing appointments, medical records, payments, and delivering a warm and professional experience to our patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and guide patients via phone and social media. * Provide clear and timely information about treatments, promotions, and services. * Open and file medical records, ensuring their compliance with regulations. * Manage the medical schedule and coordinate appointments according to availability. * Offer additional facial products and services. * Promote free promotions and evaluations according to commercial protocols. * Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on pending payments. * Confirm and send appointment reminders. **Requirements:** * Ongoing or completed technical studies in Administration, Customer Service, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in clinics or aesthetic centers. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: **11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.** Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.** **Why AQUAMED?** * Fixed salary of S/ 1,200. * + Family allowance (if applicable). * Uncapped commissions (From S/200... and more) * Payroll from day one with 50% of all statutory benefits. * Discounts on treatments and products * Excellent work environment * Opportunities for development and continuous training Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
