At Corporación **Bioliffe** we are currently seeking top talent to fill the vacancy of **Customer Service Advisor / Cross-Selling, DIRECT HIRE**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies. * Basic to intermediate level Excel proficiency **(essential)** * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in cross-selling and/or customer service, either in-person or via call center **(essential)**. * Strong command of language and good verbal skills. * Positive attitude, confidence, proactive mindset. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. * Immediate availability to start working. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Incoming and outgoing calls for sales via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email. * Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and their deliveries. * Generating sales orders and sending them to the warehouse for proper distribution. * Recording customer invoices and payments, as well as follow-ups on these. * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, prices, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and effectively address inquiries. * Performing other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * MYPE payroll with benefits according to law. * Salary S/1300.00 + overtime pay. * Availability to work in Surco. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. * Ongoing training. * Career advancement opportunities.
