Our company **OILTECH PERÚ** is looking for an ***Engineer with experience in Project Management, Financial Control, and Bidding, ideally in the Energy or Infrastructure Sector***. Key responsibilities include supervising budgets, managing work valuations, controlling variances, and analyzing costs to ensure the project remains within budget and contractual scope. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools such as Excel, and knowledge of the Oil \& Gas sector are required. **Academic Background and Experience:** * University degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with training in Project Management and/or Finance. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in roles related to cost management, planning, management control, and bidding. * Proven experience in the construction and maintenance sector in energy, oil \& gas, infrastructure, or similar projects. **Technical Skills:** * Cost Control: Solid knowledge of budgets, financial control, and cost analysis. * Project Management: Experience in cost, schedule, and scope control, including earned value tracking. * Software: Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with ERP or SAP systems is desirable. * Quality Control: Knowledge of quality regulations applicable to natural gas networks, such as those from Osinergmin. **Soft Skills:** * Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate work teams. * Analysis and Problem Solving: Analytical skills to identify and resolve cost management issues. * Communication: Ability to effectively communicate variances and present cost reports to management. * Results Orientation: Focus on achieving project objectives within cost constraints. * Working Under Pressure: Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify and control compliance with proposed contractual scope and costs. * Supervise work valuations, budget allocation, and cost reconciliation with subcontractors. * Perform control and updating of baseline schedules, costs, and scope. * Prepare project cost, variance, and profitability reports. * Coordinate and consolidate project cash flow. * Analyze incidents and project closure projections. * Prepare and justify valuations for reimbursable expenses. **Benefits:** Work with an innovative team and positive work environment.
