Preparation of shipping guides and incident reporting **A telecommunications company is looking for a Warehouse / Logistics Assistant.** **Location:** La Victoria **Salary Range:** S/ 1,500 **Position:** Warehouse – Logistics Assistant **Key Responsibilities: * Receipt, verification, and storage of merchandise. * Dispatch preparation: packing, verification, and documentation control. * Monitoring warehouse entries and exits, and system registration. * Maintaining order and classification within the warehouse. * Participating in physical inventories and stock reconciliations. * Supporting and coordinating activities with the warehouse assistant. * Complying with warehouse safety, order, and cleanliness procedures. * Preparing shipping guides via the SUNAT portal. * Reporting alerts for incidents, shortages, overages, or merchandise damage. **Academic Qualifications: * Technical diploma or university graduate in Logistics, Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **Experience: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in logistics and/or warehouse functions. * Basic knowledge of inventory control, stock cards (kardex), and logistics documentation. * No criminal or police records. * Preferably residing near the district of La Victoria.
