Available positions: * Quality and audit area (01\) * Commercial area (01\) Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. * Solid knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to the food industry (includes HACCP methodology). * Experience in occupational health and safety. * Proficiency in conformity assessment processes. * Ability to adapt to change. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Results-oriented and team collaboration focus. Main responsibilities: * Supervision of the production process on production lines. * Handling and execution of external audits. * Monitoring and control of compliance with GMP, SSOPs, and HACCP. * Verification of hygiene and sanitation conditions at the plant. * Review, update, and modification of Quality Manuals and other procedures. * Other duties related to the position.
