




**REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in fields related to the food industry: Biology, Microbiology, Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 6 months of experience in food quality testing laboratories (preferred). * Age range: 20–35 years. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive ability, and professional interpersonal conduct. * High frustration tolerance and ability to perform effectively in demanding environments. * Self-confidence, personal security, and self-motivation. * Customer orientation, service mindset, and problem-solving aptitude. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and task execution reliability. * Willingness to travel domestically as required. * Work location: Jesús María, Lima – Peru. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and grow the client portfolio through prospecting and commercial visits. * Conduct technical demonstrations of products and services. * Prepare quotations and manage commercial follow-up for each opportunity. * Report activities and progress to immediate supervisor, regional management, and general management. * Deliver technical training to clients on supplied methodologies. * Execute the Commercial Plan and achieve company-established targets. * Manage collections and payment follow-up. * Handle customer complaints, provide technical support, and inspect imported products prior to dispatch. **BENEFITS:** * Compensation: Market-competitive * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system from day one. * Statutory benefits under the MYPE regime: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Career path and opportunities for professional development within the organization.
