Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager to manage processes, inventories, supervise staff, and optimize the supply chain in the glass and aluminum carpentry sector. Key Highlights: 1. Manages processes, inventories, and supervises logistics operations. 2. Responsible for resource management and route optimization. 3. Leads continuous improvement in warehouses and transportation. HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC is a business group with over 26 years in the market, dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Aluminum Carpentry, Accessories, among others. We are looking for **a LOGISTICS MANAGER.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields (specialization in Logistics preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Manager. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Efficiently manage all processes to maintain inventories at an optimal level. 2\. Control and verify information generated in procurement and warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy. 3\. Responsible for keeping departmental procedures and formats up to date to ensure better process control. 4\. Supervise personnel under direct responsibility to achieve optimal resource management. 5\. Submit monthly to General Management the department’s management matrix (performance indicators and project compliance percentage) to enable corrective actions and process improvements. 6\. Identify training and development needs of assigned personnel and plan necessary actions to address them. 7\. Administer the operation and service of the company’s transportation units at the Chilca Plant. Design and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and delivery times. 8\. Monitor and report on vehicle usage, maintenance, and timely servicing of assigned vehicles. Ensures operational vehicles comply with: mandatory traffic accident insurance; comprehensive vehicle insurance policy covering all eventualities or incidents; technical inspections; polarized window license (if applicable); satellite tracking (GPS); and other requirements mandated by current legal frameworks. Also coordinates maintenance of the company’s transportation units. 9\. Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatching processes. 10\.
