Support system configuration and user support, engage in data analysis, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and informed decision\-making. * Support in administrative tasks and documentation of the department. * Sales KPIs management: Analyze and propose improvement action. * Identify process improvement opportunities and support with qualitative and quantitative analysis. * Supports initiatives working with the regional teams and adopt \& apply best practices from the region. * The intern will assist in optimizing the functionality of Sales Tools providing user support.
