Position Summary: Provides operational support for systems, e-commerce, and warehouse operations, ensuring stock consistency and online order management. Key Highlights: 1. Key operational support for system (RMS) and e-commerce 2. End-to-end stock, inventory, and logistics management 3. Administrative and warehouse function support **Role Objective:** Provide operational support for systems, e-commerce, and warehouse operations, ensuring stock information is accurate and up-to-date at all times. **DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. SYSTEM (RMS) — CORE OF THE ROLE** * Create SKUs in the RMS system according to production specifications * Enter production data into the system * Record stock movements (transfers, returns, adjustments) * Update stock in the system daily * Validate consistency between physical stock and system records **2\. E-COMMERCE** * Update website stock levels based on the RMS system * Support online order management * Coordinate shipments with logistics providers (e.g., Olva, motorcycle couriers, etc.) * Issue sales receipts for online orders * Verify payment confirmations (e.g., Yape, bank transfers, etc.) * Support return management **3\. STORE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT** * Support inter-store merchandise transfers (system execution) * Arrange motorcycle couriers for urgent deliveries * Support sales registration (e.g., WhatsApp invoices, etc.) * Review daily sales reports **4\. WAREHOUSE AND SUPPLIES (CRITICAL)** * Record fabric consumption per production batch * Record trimmings consumption * Maintain digital inventory tracking of supplies * Support physical inventory counts **5\. LOGISTICS SUPPORT** * Support goods receiving * Support transportation and organization of fabric rolls and supplies * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness **PROFILE** * Currently studying Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Interest in retail/operations * Ability to perform occasional physical work (warehouse) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
