Job Summary: We are seeking observant and communicative security personnel capable of remaining calm in tense situations, with experience in access control and risk situation management. Proficiency in security technology **SECURITY PERSONNEL \- SURCO** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical studies in computing or informatics (Desirable). * Basic knowledge of first aid, access control, and risk situation management (Desirable). * Basic knowledge of security technology (cameras, electronic logs). * One year of experience in similar positions (Desirable). * Observant, communicative personality with the ability to remain calm in tense or conflictual situations. * Good physical condition and ability to work as part of a team. * Valid or pending A1 driver's license. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify the identity of authorized members, guests, employees, and suppliers upon entry to the club. * Register visitors and vehicles according to established procedures. * Deny entry to unauthorized individuals or those in an unsuitable condition, with respect and firmness. * Monitor staff entry and exit during designated hours. * Identify and report irregular or hazardous conditions (e.g., lights off, doors open, suspicious objects). * Verify proper closure of offices, meeting rooms, and other restricted areas outside operating hours. * Intervene preventively in minor conflicts and report risk situations to supervisors. * Act immediately and appropriately in case of accidents, medical emergencies, fires, earthquakes, or disturbances; contacting relevant services (police, neighborhood watch, fire department, ambulances) as required. * Secure evidence and prepare incident reports when necessary. * Report malfunctions of video surveillance cameras, fire alarms, and other electronic security systems to ensure continuous operation. * Control pedestrian flow during social, sports, or cultural events. * Coordinate entry and exit of suppliers, artists, or event organizers. * Establish secure routes and checkpoints based on event scale. * Basic proficiency in security technology (cameras, electronic logs). * Maintain work area in good condition and report any damage or loss. * Comply with the club’s internal standards regarding personal appearance and conduct. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * General payroll regime * Food card Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Please provide your mobile number and WhatsApp * Specify your highest academic degree attained * What is your expected salary? * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * Do you hold an A1 driver's license? * ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, FROM 10:00 AM TO 10:00 PM, WITH ONE DAY OFF?
