Description

Job Summary: Provide support for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Integrated Management Systems based on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 37001 standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems 2. Document preparation and control, indicator monitoring, and audits 3. Training in Engineering, Administration, or related fields with ISO knowledge Provide support for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System based on standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. Main Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of the IMS Prepare, update, and control documents (manuals, procedures, records) Monitor management indicators Support internal and external audits Manage document and record control Support the identification of risks and opportunities Track corrective and preventive actions Train staff on basic IMS topics Verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Support customer harmonizations and certifications Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in: Industrial Engineering Environmental Engineering Administration or related disciplines Required Knowledge Standard interpretation: ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 37001 (desirable) Process-based management Indicator management (KPIs) Document management Internal auditing (desirable) Basic legislation on safety and environment Tools Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced Excel) Matrix handling: IPER Environmental aspects and impacts Document management software (desirable) Competencies Organization and order Attention to detail Proactivity Teamwork Effective communication Analytical ability Experience Minimum 6 months to 1 year in: Management systems ISO consulting Auditing (desirable). -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 22 and 49 years Keywords: assistant, assistant, auxiliary, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
