Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate teams, assign tasks, monitor production targets, and ensure resource availability for mining operations while maintaining communication and resolving issues. Resolves operational issues and prepares reports At GMI - Integral Mining Management, a company dedicated to providing mining management and operational services, we are currently seeking: SHIFT SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the shift team at the mine. Assign production and maintenance tasks to shift personnel. Monitor compliance with shift production targets. Ensure equipment and resources are available for operations. Monitor progress of mining activities and ore quality. Maintain communication with the Operations Engineer and other Shift Supervisors. Resolve operational issues arising during the shift. Prepare production, safety, and shift event reports. Requirements: Graduate Mining Engineer or Metallurgical Engineer, duly licensed and registered. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanized mining and shotcrete-supported mining. Conditions: Willingness to work in the central region under a 14-days-on/7-days-off work schedule. Payroll employment contract with all statutory benefits.
