




Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer to supervise and execute underground mining drilling operations, lead the team, and ensure safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and manage components to prevent operational delays Master Drilling is an international company specializing in raise boring and ventilation shaft drilling for the mining industry. MDP has been present in Peru for 25 years, serving major mining companies as clients. Currently, we operate globally, delivering innovative, high-tech drilling solutions. · What profile are we looking for? · - Bachelor's degree and professional registration in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions within mining company projects. - Experience in underground mining (mandatory) - Possession of an AIIB license. - Authorization to operate a mine. - Knowledge of OSH, MA, and Quality Management. - Proficiency in managing and using performance indicators. · What will be the challenges? · - Supervise, coordinate, and execute drilling operations at the unit with the work team, ensuring personnel, equipment, and environmental safety. Lead the assigned work team. - Coordinate with the Resident Engineer on requisitions of necessary components and materials for operations to avoid delays caused by component shortages. - Travel inside the mine driving the pickup truck with shift personnel; therefore, must complete the pre-use checklist at the start of each shift, verifying that the vehicle is in optimal condition before operation.
