What will you do? * Provide warm and excellent service to our patients via phone and digital channels. * Schedule appointments, confirm information, and clearly and professionally explain treatments. * Manage reminders, follow-ups, and satisfaction surveys. * Respond to inquiries through our digital channels: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email. * Maintain optimal response times and meet service and scheduling performance indicators. * Report incidents and assist in related job tasks. Requirements * 1 year of Call Center experience (mandatory). * Flawless communication and excellent spelling. * Proficiency in Office software. * Proactivity, quick closing ability, and capacity to work under pressure. * Service orientation and teamwork.
