PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** Execute the preparation and plating of dishes according to recipes, standards, and times established by the kitchen, always maintaining order, cleanliness, and strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare mise en place for the assigned production shift. · Execute cooking and plating of assigned dishes according to order tickets. · Strictly follow recipes and presentations defined by the chef. · Ensure constant order and cleanliness of their workstation. · Assist in inventory control and product labeling. · Collaborate with general cleaning of the area at the beginning, during, and end of the shift. · Minimize waste and properly use assigned supplies. · Report to the chef any incidents, delays, or lack of supplies. · Comply with GMP and internal hygiene protocols at all times. · Perform any other duties assigned by their direct supervisor. **3\. JOB REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen. · Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, mise en place, and GMP. · Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. · Punctuality, responsibility, and organization at work. · Positive attitude and willingness to follow chef's instructions. **4\. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:** The cook must strictly adhere to their scheduled start time, maintain their station clean and organized, and report directly to the chef.
