




Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for the end-to-end management of the lighting products warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time delivery fulfillment. Data analysis using Power BI for continuous improvement We are looking for a Warehouse Manager responsible for comprehensive warehouse management, ensuring accurate control, organization, and dispatch of lighting products, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise goods receipt, verification, and registration (luminaires, LED strips, drivers, profiles, etc.), ensuring physical and documentary accuracy. * Organize and control product storage, ensuring product integrity, proper stock rotation, and optimal space utilization. * Schedule and lead physical inventory counts (cyclic and full), ensuring ERP system stock reconciliation and analyzing any discrepancies. * Supervise the operational team in order preparation (picking) and dispatch (packing), ensuring timely service to customers, projects, and e-commerce channels. * Develop, update, and analyze Power BI dashboards to monitor key warehouse performance indicators such as product turnover and dispatch times. * Lead and organize warehouse personnel, assigning tasks and promoting order, cleanliness, and teamwork. * Coordinate directly with Sales, Procurement, and IT departments to ensure efficient merchandise flow and resolve operational issues. * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement solutions to streamline internal logistics. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory, coordination, or managerial roles in warehouse operations, preferably in the electrical or hardware industry. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Power BI for logistics data analysis and report generation. * ERP system proficiency for inventory control and intermediate-level Excel skills (formulas, data consolidation). * Proven experience in inventory management and personnel supervision. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team management capability. * Organization, operational order, and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Results orientation and ability to work under pressure.
