




**Required Knowledge:** * Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (or related fields) * Intermediate level of Office skills * Knowledge of legal and labor regulations * Training in integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 * Basic First Aid knowledge **Functions:** * Administer human and material resources at the mine. * Actively participate in personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Manage the entire worker onboarding process through the virtual platform "2 PERSONNEL", attaching all required documents until validation and approval by the Company's HR department. * Coordinate with CIA the SSOMA induction for incoming personnel. * Deliver contracts, PPE, commitments, photo IDs, etc. to incoming personnel. * Keep personnel information updated in the project for attendance control purposes, to be submitted to HR for payroll processing. * Carry out valuations for payments to suppliers. * Promptly communicate, according to company HR policies, all personnel movements within the unit (hires, terminations, leaves, rotations, vacations, licenses, suspensions, etc.). * Ensure compliance with labor regulations, rules, procedures, and institutional directives. * Follow up on supplier payments in close coordination with the company’s Finance department. * Maintain an updated database of inventory of assets, equipment, materials, supplies, and/or furnishings at the site. * Effectively track all material, supply, and service requests to the logistics department. * Keep all documentation organized (reports, administrative records, HSE records, etc.). * Others.
