We seek individuals passionate about talent attraction and eager to develop professionally in an agile, collaborative, and people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities * Evaluate candidate profiles submitted by the sourcing team through screening calls, validating English proficiency and overall fit. * Manage candidate documentation (resumes and videos), ensuring compliance with position requirements. * Build and maintain an up-to-date candidate database in the ATS and tracking platforms. * Present qualified candidates to supervisors and clients according to role specifications. * Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients and candidates throughout the process. * Administer and send information related to service orders. Skills and Requirements **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or sales. **Hard Skills** * End-to-end recruitment process management. * English proficiency evaluation. * ATS usage and documentation control. **Soft Skills** * Excellent communication skills. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Proactive profile, results-oriented and team-focused.
