




A maritime industry company is seeking a female professional to fill the position of HR Assistant. **Requirements**: \-Gender: Female \-Age: Between 25 and 40 \-Graduate of a Technical Secretarial, Administration, or related program. \-Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (minimum) \-Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency \-Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant \-Availability to work Monday through Friday, on-site in the district of San Borja, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break) \-Knowledge in: HR Management (mandatory) Accounting (desirable) **Responsibilities**: \-Online and/or on-site document management. \-Tracking and updating records, reports, and reports requested by the General Management and/or Management Assistant. \-Monitoring subsidies \- Essalud \- Must have experience handling PLAME, SUNAFIL, personnel recruitment platforms, among others. \-Management of attendance registers, vacation records, memoranda, and other documents related to the HR area. \-Support in other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. \-Vacancies: 01 \-Immediate hiring.
