Job Summary: We are seeking a Corporate General Accountant passionate about excellence and innovation to lead the accounting, tax, and financial management of a multisectoral corporate group. Enhance the tax strategy across all companies within the group. **Availability to work at the main office in Huaraz (Independencia), where corporate accounting functions will be carried out.** We are seeking a Corporate General Accountant passionate about excellence and innovation to lead the accounting, tax, and financial management of our multisectoral corporate group present in Huaraz and other regions. As a key member of our corporation, you will be responsible for safeguarding financial integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing the tax strategy across all our companies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and consolidate the group’s financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely information. * Coordinate tax compliance, ensuring our operations remain fully aligned with current legislation. * Lead external and internal audits with full transparency and rigor. * Prepare strategic financial reports to support senior management decision-making. * Implement continuous improvement plans and robust internal controls to optimize processes. * Lead a committed accounting team, fostering their professional development. * Design intelligent tax strategies that reduce risks and optimize tax burden. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Accounting and active membership in the Professional Accountants’ Association. * Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting and team coordination. * Proficiency in IFRS, tax legislation, and strategic tax planning. * Advanced knowledge of corporate ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or others). * Advanced Excel skills and ability to present consolidated financial reports. * Outstanding leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Availability to travel regularly to the province (Huaraz \- Independencia). * **Availability to manage 39 companies belonging to CORPORACIÓN CERVEP.** * **AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN HUARAZ \- INDEPENDENCIA** .
