Embrace a rich professional experience by joining teams of passionate professionals. **Job Description** -------------- * Execute recruitment processes and ensure personnel files are updated and valid. * Prepare and manage payroll, social benefits (CTS, bonuses, severance payments), and statutory contributions (AFP Net, Fifth Category Tax). * Control contract signings and renewals, keeping records up to date with SUNAT, AFP, ESSALUD, and EPS. * Supervise timekeeping and administratively manage all incidents (vacations, medical leaves, and other absences). * Monitor labor provisions, manage insurance declarations (SCTR, Statutory Life Insurance, EPS), and coordinate payments or deductions with the Treasury department. * Schedule occupational medical examinations, promote employee motivation initiatives, and address personnel requests. * Implement policies of the Integrated Management System and area due diligence controls. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Required Profile** -------------------- * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of general professional experience. * At least 3 years of specific experience in similar roles within companies operating in the construction industry. * Knowledge of labor regulations applicable to the Civil Construction Regime and the General Regime. * Must reside in Trujillo.
