**Functions:** \* Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues. \* Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, operating systems, and applications. \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. \* Manage user accounts and access to networks, email, and corporate platforms. \* Monitor the functional and technical performance of the company's internal system, coordinating with users and developers to ensure proper operation. \* Record and track system incidents, requests, and improvements. \* Maintain an updated inventory of the company's technological assets. \* Support the implementation of improvements in technological infrastructure and cybersecurity. **Requirements:** \* Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. \* Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support and/or system maintenance. \* Knowledge of networks, hardware, software, operating systems, and maintenance. \* Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other internal systems is desirable. \* Ability to document processes and manage incidents. \* Proactive, responsible, and user-oriented. **We offer:** Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
