Job Summary: GRUPO FG is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver technological solutions, performing configuration, diagnosis, and maintenance of computer equipment and CCTV systems, as well as preparing service reports. We are currently seeking top talent to join our team as an IT Support Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Configuration, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance of computer equipment (Laptop / Desktop / AIO / Monitors). . Installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of CCTV equipment (Bullet, Dome, PTZ cameras / NVR). . Preparation of service reports for each support intervention. REQUIREMENTS: . Academic background related to computing/informatics. . Knowledge of structured cabling. . Driver's License A1 (Not mandatory) BENEFITS: . Formal employment under the General Regime. .
