**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Must reside in Arequipa. * Minimum 6 months of experience in metal-mechanical companies. * Knowledge of mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or others). * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Proactivity, responsibility and commitment. **FUNCTIONS:** * Assist in supervising metal-mechanical manufacturing processes. * Prepare and review mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor the use of materials, equipment and tools. * Assist in planning and tracking work orders. * Verify compliance with technical, quality and safety standards. * Provide technical support for assembly, maintenance and repair of structures and equipment. * Prepare technical reports and progress reports. * Coordinate with production and maintenance departments.
