At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses connected from 41 countries, doing what we love and co-creating a better future. **Surely you don’t want to miss out!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process elicitation (analysis and documentation). * Adherence to defined standards. * Completion of required documentation. * Development of high-level design specifications based on user requirements. * Presentation of the final high-level design to users for approval. * Presentation and obtaining user approval of specifications. * Coordination with the technical team to implement specified requirements (at the development level). * Monitoring of technical team activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Background in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in process analysis and redesign tools. * Knowledge of methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kanban, PMP, and related frameworks. * + Preferred: Knowledge/Experience using automation tools (BPM, OCR, RPA, Gen AI, etc).
